The homeowner sent photos of leaking handles and a worn spray head. The visit confirmed the valves and supply lines needed to come out with the fixtures.
Labor, fittings, and shutoff valves were written as separate lines so the signed total matched what was installed.
After the swap, the team pressure-tested the new connections and left the cabinet dry and wiped down.
