The request photo showed a stain at the ceiling. On the roof, a lifted shingle and a dry nail line were the cause.
Repair stayed inside the leak-scope line items. A full replacement was quoted separately and not started.
Interior stain treatment was left off this visit so the drywall could settle before paint.
